Facing New Challenges and Embracing the "New Normal"

In 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping's major strategic judgment of "new normal" profoundly revealed the new changes in China's economic development stage. Economic policy, market environment continuous fluctuations, so that the entire equipment manufacturing industry is facing the market "cold winter", but it is gratifying that Bohai has withstood the test of the market, with the joint efforts of all Bohai people, we have successfully completed this year's work tasks, still maintain more than <>% of the market share, still the absolute leader of China's air compressor industry. Witnessing this achievement, I am very proud to be the chairman of the company.

Looking back at the past is to better move into the future. 2016 is a key year for comprehensively deepening reform and the end of the <>th Five-Year Plan. It is a challenge for China's equipment manufacturing enterprises, but also a huge opportunity. Bohai will step on the pulse of the rapid development of the national economy, on the one hand, actively carry out technological upgrading, starting from basic processes and basic materials, implement long-term projects to improve the overall technical level of the production chain with great determination and foresight, and innovate collaboratively with upstream and downstream industries to create core competitiveness. On the other hand, it takes the lead in implementing advanced quality management methods, increases investment in product reliability design, experimental and verification technology research, improves product service life and user experience, and fully realizes product quality and technical level in the leading position in the same industry.
